Hi, I'm Pardeep.
So, who are you in one sentence?
Lead Engineer who's spent 15+ years
turning messy problems into clean, scalable systems. Currently building at
Upflowy / Psyke.
What's your superpower?
I think in systems. Before I write code, I draw the architecture — data flows,
failure modes, scaling bottlenecks. Architecture-first, code second.
It saves weeks of rework and my team's sanity.
What does your toolkit look like?
Glad you asked:
TypeScript
Node.js
React
Ruby
Ruby on Rails
AWS
Google Cloud
Lambda
DynamoDB
PostgreSQL
Docker
Next.js
GraphQL
Walk me through your career — the short version.
The highlight reel:
2022 — Now
Lead Engineer
@ Upflowy / Psyke
2019 — 2022
Senior Software Engineer
2015 — 2019
Software Engineer
What are you obsessed with right now?
Agentic systems. OpenClaw, NanoClaw, Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer —
the way AI agents collaborate and orchestrate work is changing everything.
Also writing daily about what I learn. Building clarifies thinking.
What's your unpopular engineering opinion?
Most teams write code too early. 30 minutes with a whiteboard saves 3 weeks
of refactoring. The best engineers I know spend more time thinking than typing.
How can I reach you?
Pick your channel — I'm friendly, I promise.
